We offer a variety of commercial models to match your project requirements.

 

A no-escalation lump sum fixed-fee is agreed upon before the project is taken up.

Advantages :

  • Reduces risk :
    A known, fixed price commitment

Disadvantages :

  • Not suitable for work requiring very quick turn-round :
    The input- quote-approval cycle may require a couple of days or more.
  • Adequate design information may not always be available upfront for estimation and quote.
  • In-process design changes are difficult to accommodate.

The project is taken up based on an agreed hourly rate. Time logs are submitted for client’s review.

Advantages :

  • Suitable for projects where some flexibility is required :
    All requirements and specifications need not be frozen upfront.
  • Reduced turnaround :
    Work can be taken up immediately.

Disadvantages :

  • Final price not precisely known at start.

An exclusive team on retainer is set up and dedicated to the client’s projects, which acts as their own studio within our facility.

  • Guaranteed resources :
    Work is assured of immediate attention.
  • Opportunity to achieve high level of coordination between client and our project teams.
  • Highly flexible.
  • Significant gains possible in know-how and efficiency :
    Suitable for higher-end work
  • Likely to be the most cost effective option in the long run.

Disadvantages :

  • Requires a minimum level of stable business to be viable for the client.
