An architect and a management professional, Anirban is a leading expert in remote back-office design support services for the AEC industry.

Anirban brings to Qualitas AE a wide array of expertise in multiple facets of the industry including business development, operations, project management, quality assurance and resource management backed by a consistent track record in achieving revenue, cost, productivity and delivery goals.

Pradipto heads the MEP division at Qualitas AE and leads the team in consistently achieving quality and schedule goals. He brings to his role a keen understanding of technology underpinned by extensive hands-on construction management experience in the US.

Prior to joining Qualitas, he has had 10 years of experience in the US with internationally renowned organizations such as Parsons Brinckerhoff. Pradipto is also proud of his 5 years of service in the United States Armed Forces.

Rineeta heads the ACS division at Qualitas AE and leads the team in consistently achieving quality and schedule goals.

With over two decades of experience in remote back-office design support services for the AEC industry, Rineeta plays a key role in achieving organizational goals in terms of efficiency, process and resource optimization. An excellent communicator and thorough market analyst, Rineeta is a key member of the core team at Qualitas AE and acts as a vital communication link between clients and the production team.
