Time & Material
- Suitable for jobs where all inputs are not available before start of project for estimating a fixed lump sum price.
- In these cases only an hourly rate is agreed upon before start of project.
- Work is then carried out based on inputs received from client in a phased manner. Detailed time logs are prepared and sent to clients at mutually agreed time intervals for review and approval.
- Invoices are prepared based on approved time logs.
- Most suitable for jobs with short turnarounds and/or during design development stages of projects when design is not completely frozen , and iterative changes are expected, and our team needs to work in sync with client’s design team as the design is being developed.
